No. The programme uses bodyweight training. If you have access to basic equipment (pull-up bar, rings, resistance bands), we can incorporate it, but it’s not required.
Most sessions are 20–40 minutes. The programme is designed to fit into busy weeks, not dominate them.
No. This is coaching, not session-based training. You receive programming, accountability, and support, but you train independently. Every exercise is coached, so you know exactly what to do, confidently.
